I was initially only going to make Elizabeth Faulkner's Chocolate Chip and Espresso Cookies but now Michael and I are going to team up and make desserts for the Iron Chef Tabasco Event. Let me know if any of these recipes are tempting?
Red Fire Chocolate Chips

I'm going to make a small batch of the Chocolate Chip and Espresso Cookies with these chips. Yummy!
Chocolate Chipotle Brownies

I haven't delved into the world of brownies too much but I figured this would be a fun foray into them.
Mexican Chocolate Cookies

Honestly what I like about these cookies is their versatility. They can be had with ice cream, coffee or milk! I can and should make these up to a week before the event. They are better once the flavors have had some time to meld and you don't necessarily need to eat these all at once! Make as much or as little as you need.
(Virgin) Bloody Mary Sorbet

This will be one interesting recipe. It's only right that along with the cookies and brownies we offer something cool yet spicy.
Pequin Chili Chocolate Cupcakes

I know what you're thinking "Of course she's going to make cupcakes!" Not so fast. This recipe is a bit above me so I probably won't make this. Besides if I make cupcakes then something else has got to go and that's not happening.
