Why did you think you should have known about this information? They are my friends and just because you also have some sort of "friendship" with them doesn't mean your entitled to their private information. Most times I don't feel like I should know as much as I do but at the very least I can understand why they would share such information with me. I'm 10 times closer to them than you will ever be and I will only continue to have a strong and true friendship with them.

Did someone send out an email or fax to all of my clients because I swear they all needed my help today. Don't you people know I have a fulltime job?! Hello?! Your stuff will get done, I promise! I may be a delinquent but I'm hella responsible.
Look what finally arrived in the mail. My brand new shiny 40GB iPod from Yub.com! How did I manage to live without one these past years? *LoL* I'm just glad I finally have a huge portable hard drive to throw all my files on to. And yes I'm aware my cubicle looks rather bland but I actually have one of the more decorative ones. For the record I NEVER look that professional when I go to work. I'm what you call a delinquent. I was dressed for a potential client meeting which didn't happen so I was stuck wearing that stuffy button down shirt.
One more thing. Yes, I realize that I've become a walking advertisement/poster child for Yub.com and I'm damn proud! Besides it's only a matter of time until you join me!

I have to honestly say that everything is worth it. The hard work. The times when you're tired. The times when you're a bit sad. The good moments when you're on stage performing in front of thousands of people. In the end it's all worth it because it really makes me happy. And I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. I honestly wouldn't. There's nothing better than loving what you do. I've got good friends. I've got beautiful family. And I've got a career. A career that's blossoming and still growing and I am truly blessed. And I thank God for his blessings every single chance I get.

Went out with Jane and her friends from Stonybrook tonight. We hit this place called Glo on 10th Ave and 16th Street. The night started out slow as we had dinner at Cafeteria then headed to the club a little earlier than usual. I had cranberry vodka and sadly it was all I could handle. However I had a great time dancing the night away. I haven't done that in such a long time. Man...I'm getting old.

On the up side I won an iPod the other day from Yub.com. It's a 40GB - 4th generation +hp version. I know all you hardcore Apple snobs are turning up your noses (you know who you are). Funny thing is I'm so over wanting/having an iPod and was completely (and still am) content with listening to my music on my Treo 650. Don't get me wrong I've never won anything this cool before and I was so happy and estatic when I found out. My friends on Yub all congratulated me and were happy someone they knew won. This Yub community is something else! They rock!

I've been part of the Yub community now for the past couple of months and it combines all the wonderful things the other 2 communities have and more! For shopaholics like me it affords me cashback on the things I buy. It's also a place for blogging and photo sharing. I bumped into a guy I went out with a long while back today. We started playing the catch up game and guess what I found out. To start he's married - been married for about 2 years now (I think). Moved to NYC about a year ago and the real surprise is he's going to be a dad in about a month. I was quite shocked to say the least but extremely happy for him. I just wish I knew all this when it happened. He's not the kind of guy who just blows you off without a good reason. Well atleast now I can stop my wondering.
I told my friend about this and he said I sounded bitter. I'll give it to him...I probably am a little bitter but when you're the inevitable single girl you're allowed to be a little bitter here and there.
FYI, we used to refer to him as "Miami" by the way...
After reconnecting with my big sister Nisaluk last year she's off to tour the world again. First stop Thailand then Australia. I'm going to miss her tons but we have a photo war to look forward to. I see pictures of Peach Snapple Ice Tea in the near future. Have a safe flight and don't forget to email!!!
